1. (1) An applicant for licensure as a cosmetologist shall satisfy the requirements in s. 454.06 (1) and (2), Stats.
2. (3) An applicant for licensure as an aesthetician shall satisfy the requirements in s. 454.06 (1) and (4), Stats.
3. (4) An applicant for licensure as an electrologist shall satisfy the requirements in s. 454.06 (1) and (5), Stats.

4. (5) An applicant for licensure as a manicurist shall satisfy the requirements in s. 454.06 (1) and (6), Stats.

   Note: An individual may apply to the Department of Safety and Professional Services for a determination of whether the individual would be disqualified from obtaining the credential due to a criminal conviction.
