Miscellaneous provisions.

(1) Relief from deadlines. The board may grant a party’s request for reasonable extension of the deadlines set forth in this chapter.
(2) Representation. A party may be represented throughout proceedings under this chapter, including at hearing, by counsel or by another advocate.
