1. (1) The following is the schedule of fees to be paid by nuclear power plant operators for each nuclear reactor:

   1. (a) Fiscal year 1986-87 =   $9,950.00
   2. (b) Fiscal year 1987-88 =   $12,450.00
   3. (c) Fiscal year 1988-89 =   $15,175.00
   4. (d) Fiscal year 1989-90 =   $30,200.00

   5. (e) Each fiscal year thereafter =   $2,925.00

      Note: Fiscal years run from July 1 of the first year, through June 30 of the second year.

2. (2) The amounts in the schedule shall be due and payable to the department of administration before the end of the appropriate fiscal year.
