1. (1) Gasoline, automotive gasoline, and gasoline containing up to 10 percent oxygenate by volume.

   1. (c) Automotive gasoline. Any fuel product designated by name or reference as automotive gasoline shall meet the requirements specified in ASTM D4814.
   2. (d) Gasoline containing up to 10 percent oxygenate by volume. Other oxygenated fuels shall be acceptable if the oxygenates are blended in a manner approved by the department in amounts allowed by the EPA and the final product conforms to the standard specification for gasoline under par. (c).
2. (3) Reid vapor pressure for gasoline-ethanol blends containing up to 10 percent oxygenate by volume. The blend shall meet ASTM D4814, “Standard Specification for Automotive Spark-Ignition Engine Fuel,” except that the maximum vapor pressure shall not exceed the ASTM D4814 limits by more than 1.0 psi for blends containing one or more percent by volume ethanol for volatility classes A, B, C, D, and E from September 16 through May 31.
