This chapter is promulgated under the authority of ss. 93.07 (1), 97.67 (1) and (4), 97.30 (2) (a), 97.625, and 227.11 (2) (a), Stats., to prescribe rules for recreational and educational camps and hospitality activities for enforcement by the department and agent local health departments to protect public health and safety.
