Wis. Admin. Code § ATCP 76.045

License holder qualifications.

To qualify for a license, an applicant shall do all of the following:

(1) Owner. Be an owner of the pool or an officer of the legal entity owning the pool.
(2) Payment of fees. Pay the applicable license fees at the time the application is submitted.
