The agent program may deny, suspend, or revoke a license or impose conditions on a license, as provided in s. 93.06 (7) and (8), Stats. Except as otherwise provided by statute, rule, or local ordinance, the suspension or revocation of a license shall comply with the prior notice requirements of s. 227.51, Stats.
