Wis. Admin. Code § ATCP 57.24 – Labeling processed products.

(1) Labeling required. No person may sell, distribute or hold for sale or distribution any rendered product, animal feed or grease unless that product is clearly and conspicuously labeled with all of the following:
1. (a) The name and address of the renderer, animal food processor or grease processor.
2. (b) A clear identification of the product.
3. (c) The net quantity of product included in any package or bulk shipment.
4. (d) The clear and conspicuous statement “INEDIBLE (SPECIES) NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN FOOD” if the product is susceptible to consumption by humans.
5. (e) The clear and conspicuous statement “DO NOT FEED TO CATTLE OR OTHER RUMINANTS” if required under 21 CFR 589.2000.
