Wis. Admin. Code § ATCP 151.09 – Administration.

(1) Secretary. The department shall provide services for the administration of the marketing agreement, including:
1. (a) Establishing a marketing agreement council to assist in the administration of this agreement.
2. (b) Determining a fee schedule and procedures for collecting and depositing fees due.
3. (c) Providing for inspection services.
4. (d) Determining compliance with the agreement.
5. (e) Enforcing provisions of the agreement, subject to the discretion of the secretary.
