1. (1) Scope. Unless otherwise excluded or exempt, this order is applicable to all potatoes grown in the state and sold into commercial channels, including potatoes sold for seed, processing or fresh consumption.
2. (2) Exclusions. This order does not include potatoes which are used in the household or on the farm of any affected producer.
