In this subchapter:

1. (1) “Retailer” has the meaning given in s. 100.30 (2) (e), Stats.
2. (3) “Motor fuel” includes motor fuels and special fuels as defined in ch. 78, Stats.
3. (4) “Person” means any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or other business entity or any individual acting on behalf of any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or other business entity.
4. (5) “Sell at retail” has the meaning given in s. 100.30 (2) (h), Stats.
5. (6) “Sell at wholesale” has the meaning given in s. 100.30 (2) (i), Stats.
6. (7) “Supplier” means a person who manufactures motor fuels or who is a controlled subsidiary of one who manufactures motor fuels and is engaged in the business of selling motor fuels to wholesalers, retailers or consumers.
7. (8) “Wholesaler of motor fuel” has the meaning given in s. 100.30 (2) (m), Stats.
