Wis. Admin. Code § ATCP 10.82
(1) Certificate of veterinary inspection. No person may import an exotic ruminant into this state unless a valid certificate of veterinary inspection accompanies the animal. The certificate shall include the following information:
(3) Tuberculosis test required.
(a) Except as provided under par. (b), no person may import an exotic ruminant into this state unless the exotic ruminant tests negative on a tuberculosis test that is approved by the department for that species of exotic ruminant. The test shall be conducted not more than 60 days prior to the import date.

(4) Brucellosis test required.
