1. (1) Each grantee shall perform a public service to increase public awareness of Wisconsin artists and artistic resources.

2. (2) The following public service requirements shall apply to funded projects:

   1. (a) The grantee shall make a public announcement of the public service.
   2. (b) The grantee shall conduct the public service in Wisconsin in a facility accessible to persons with disabilities.
   3. (c) The public service shall relate clearly to the purpose of the grant.
3. (3) The grantee may charge a fee for admission or for publications.
