1. (1) All applications for grants shall be made on the official current application forms for the applicable grant program available at the offices of the board.
2. (2) Application forms shall be available no later than 45 calendar days before the deadline date established by the board for submission of applications.
3. (3) All applications shall be postmarked by the deadline date set forth in the application form.
4. (4) The board is not responsible for any loss or damage to materials submitted with applications.

5. (5) All applications, supporting materials and literary examples of works of art shall be typed in the English language. Manuscripts may be submitted in languages other than English if a summary or synopsis of the work is furnished in English.
