- (1) Customer-owners or administrators receiving incentive payments must keep and preserve, for a period of five years after the receipt of the last incentive payment from the utility, suitable records as may be necessary to determine the amount of incentive received.
- (2) Examination of records. Such records must be open for examination at any time upon notice by the energy program.
