Parking permits are the property of the university and may be recalled by the parking administrator when:

1. (1) The purpose for which the permit was issued changes or no longer exists (e.g., an individual who no longer lives in a residence hall would be required to return their gray permit for refund or credit toward an appropriate permit);
2. (2) A permit is used on an unauthorized vehicle or by an unauthorized individual;
3. (3) A parking permit application is falsified;
4. (4) A counterfeit, modified, or lost/stolen permit is used; or
5. (5) The parking permit fee is unpaid.
