Wash. Admin. Code § 504-13-470 – Recall of parking permits

Parking permits are the property of WSUTC and may be recalled by the parking administrator when:

(1) The purpose for which the permit was issued changes or no longer exists;
(2) A parking permit application is falsified; or
(3) A counterfeit, modified, or lost/stolen permit is used.
