1. (1) Bed linen furnished by the railroad must be changed, and fresh, clean linen supplied at least once a week and for each new occupant.
2. (2) Adequate shelter must be furnished and maintained for watchmen. The shelter must be adequately heated, sealed and insulated against cold and inclement weather.
3. (3) Office work areas must be clearly lighted at all times during hours of use.
4. (4) Office work areas must be heated at all times during hours of use to a minimum of 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. (5) Office work areas must be provided with cross-ventilation when possible.
6. (6) Windows, ventilators and doors opening to the outside of office work areas must be properly screened during the seasons when insects are prevalent.
