Eligible projects include:

1. (1) Replacement of existing luminaires;

2. (2) Replacement of existing streetlight infrastructure may be included when:

   1. (a) The infrastructure is required for installation of new luminaires; and
   2. (b) The cost is determined by TIB to be appropriately borne by the city.
3. (3) Placement of new lights when necessary as determined by the executive director or board.
