Wash. Admin. Code § 446-20-050 – Criminal justice agencies

(1) The following agencies will be considered criminal justice agencies for the purpose of chapter 10.97 RCW and these regulations.
1. (a) The Washington state patrol;
2. (b) Foreign, federal, state, and local governmental law enforcement agencies;
3. (c) State, county, or municipal agencies that have responsibility for the detention, pretrial release, post-trial release, correctional supervision, or rehabilitation of accused persons or criminal offenders;
4. (d) Indeterminate sentence review board;
5. (e) Courts at any level for the administration of criminal justice.
(2) An agency or portion thereof that has been certified as a criminal justice agency pursuant to WAC 446-20-060.
