The officer who signs the application consenting to serve as responsible officer, shall:

1. (1) Accept all official communications and inquiries from the secretary on behalf of the organization.
2. (2) Maintain copies of all documentation, as required by WAC 434-166-200, on behalf of the organization for each individual student placed in the state of Washington.
3. (3) Furnish all documentation, information, reports, documents, books, files, and other records requested by the secretary on all matters relating to the students placed in Washington by the organization.
