1. (1) Contain a rendition of the Washington state seal;
2. (2) Contain a mechanical or electronic reproduction of the secretary's signature; and
3. (3) Be regarded as the secretary of state's official certification of the matters itemized in the certificate.

4. (4) Types of certificates issued include, but are not limited to:

   1. (a) Certificate of existence;
   2. (b) Certificate of registration;
   3. (c) Certificate of fact or record;
   4. (d) Duplicate certificate of registration or formation.
