This section implements RCW 43.155.070. The maximum amount of funding that the board may provide for any jurisdiction is ten million dollars per biennium. This includes all three funding types (construction, emergency and preconstruction) combined.

1. (1) Construction, the maximum is a ten million dollar award per jurisdiction per biennium limit.
2. (2) Preconstruction, the maximum is one million dollars per project.
3. (3) Emergency, the maximum is one million dollars per project.
