The school district shall submit to the superintendent of public instruction one copy of the following contracts for projects approved by the superintendent of public instruction for state funding assistance:

1. (1) Educational specifications (WAC 392-344-050);
2. (2) Architect-engineer (WAC 392-344-055);
3. (3) Energy conservation report (WAC 392-344-060);
4. (4) Value engineering (WAC 392-344-065);
5. (5) Constructability review (WAC 392-344-066);
6. (6) Building commissioning (WAC 392-344-067);
7. (7) Construction management (WAC 392-344-068).
