- (1) The district shall provide the superintendent of public instruction with certification from the district board of directors that the site will not create or aggravate racial imbalance.
- (2) Review of the site by the superintendent of public instruction as required by chapter 392-342 WAC shall be completed prior to issuance of preliminary funding status.
