Title to all such property acquired through the expenditure of associated student body public moneys shall be vested in the school district or charter school.

In the event a member organization affiliated with an associated student body elects to disband or ceases to exist for any reason, then:

1. (1) The school district, charter school, and parent associated student body shall cease carrying any money or account on behalf of or to the credit of the organization; and
2. (2) The records of the organization shall be retained and disposed of in accordance with applicable state law regarding the retention and destruction of public records.
