A candidate is considered to be seeking the "same office last sought," as that term is used in RCW 29B.40.090, when the candidate seeks:

1. (1) The identical office last sought; or
2. (2) A different position or seat of the same office last sought within the same jurisdiction; or
3. (3) The same office, whether a different seat or position, in a revised district or political subdivision whenever the boundaries of a district or political subdivision are officially altered through redistricting, consolidation or other official procedure.
