- (1) All contributions received by a political committee or candidate are subject to the requirements of RCW 29B.40.090 and 29B.40.130 whether or not the committee converts the contribution to a different form, e.g., the purchase of tangible property from monetary contributions.
- (2) For the purpose of this rule, tangible property includes but is not limited to real property and improvements thereto; furniture, office desks, file cabinets, tables and machines, vehicles, printing and duplicating equipment, and computer hardware and software.
