If comparable services and benefits are available from another program or organization, and I do not want to use them, who is responsible for the cost of the services?

- (1) If you choose not to apply for and use comparable services and benefits that are available to you, as defined in WAC 388-891A-0010(1), you are responsible for the cost of the services.
- (2) Except for the services and circumstances outlined in WAC 388-891A-1110 and 388-891A-1120, DVR does not pay for services or benefits that can be provided to you or paid for by any other program.
