Workplace readiness training provides opportunities for students with disabilities to learn about and develop both social skills and independent living. Training may include, but is not limited to:

1. (1) Workshops on workplace behavior, understanding employer expectations for punctuality and performance, and other soft skills necessary for employment;
2. (2) Financial literacy;
3. (3) Orientation and mobility skills; and
4. (4) Job-seeking skills.
