Wash. Admin. Code § 388-881-010 – External oversight of the special commitment center

Independent external oversight of the SCC must include:

(1) Professional standards to be used as a benchmark for evaluation;
(2) An inspection of care according to accepted professional standards;
(3) An ombudsperson service; and
(4) External investigation of incidents.
