1. (1) You are required to pay toward room and board costs if you live in a licensed facility or in a companion home as room and board is not considered to be a waiver service.
2. (2) You will not be required to pay towards the cost of your waiver services if you receive SSI.
3. (3) You may be required to pay towards the cost of your waiver services if you do not receive SSI. DDA determines what amount, if any, you pay in accordance with WAC 182-515-1510.
