Wash. Admin. Code § 388-845-1162 – Who are qualified providers of music therapy?

(1) Qualified providers of music therapy are agencies or individuals who are or employ music therapists licensed under chapter 18.233 RCW;
(2) Are contracted with DDA to provide this service; and
(3) Have one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
