Wash. Admin. Code § 388-845-0660 – Are there limits to the community engagement you may receive?

(1) Community engagement is limited to the support needs identified in your DDA assessment and documented in your person-centered service plan.
(2) The dollar amounts in the annual allocation for the individual and family services waiver limit the amount of community engagement you may receive.
(3) Community engagement does not cover:
1. (a) Membership fees or dues;
2. (b) Equipment related to activities; or
3. (c) The cost of any activities.
