If DDA determines a youth is not eligible to receive specialized treatment at a youth transitional care facility, the youth or legal representative can appeal the specialized treatment eligibility determination by requesting a hearing through the office of administrative hearings as described in WAC 388-825-120 through WAC 388-825-165.
