Wash. Admin. Code § 388-843-0030 – When may a facility deny admission of an eligible youth?

A youth transitional care facility may deny admission of an eligible youth if:

(1) The youth or legal representative does not engage in the preadmission evaluation or admission process; or
(2) The youth has a treatment recommendation for a level of care that is unavailable at the facility.
