1. (1) The provider must display an emergency evacuation plan in a common area on every floor of the home.

2. (2) The emergency evacuation plan must include:

   1. (a) A floor plan of the home with clearly marked exits;
   2. (b) Emergency evacuation routes; and
   3. (c) The location for the clients to meet outside the home.
3. (3) The provider must educate and familiarize clients with the emergency evacuation plan.
4. (4) The provider must be able to evacuate all clients to a safe location outside the home.
5. (5) If a client requires assistance during an evacuation, the provider's evacuation plan must describe the type of assistance that will be provided.
