Wash. Admin. Code § 388-842-0020 – May a client age 18 or older continue to access the RHDY program?

(1) A client age 18 or older may continue in the RHDY program if the client is:
1. (a) Under the age of 21;
2. (b) Accessing the RHDY program the day before their 18th birthday;
3. (c) Enrolled in extended foster care; and
4. (d) Pursuing a high school or equivalency course of study (GED/HSEC) or vocational program.
(2) If a client over 18 and under 21 is no longer pursuing their GED, HSEC, or attending a vocational program, DDA will begin the process of transitioning the client to adult services.
