Wash. Admin. Code § 388-835-0870 – What if the court asks DSHS to recommend a receiver's compensation?

If asked for a recommendation regarding receiver compensation by the court, DSHS must consider the:

(1) Range of compensation for private ICF/ID facility managers;
(2) Experience and training of the receiver;
(3) Size, location, and current condition of the facility; and
(4) Additional factors considered appropriate.
