Wash. Admin. Code § 388-829C-450 – What if the companion home provider fails to comply with this chapter or the companion home contract?

(1) If a companion home provider fails to comply with any part of this chapter or the companion home contract, the provider and DDA resource management must develop a plan of correction.
(2) The plan of correction must:
1. (a) Outline methods for the provider to complete corrective actions; and
2. (b) Provide a time frame for the provider to complete the corrective actions.
