Wash. Admin. Code § 388-829A-070 – Where must the provider deliver services?

(1) The provider must deliver services in:
1. (a) The home where the client lives; or
2. (b) The community.
(2) For a client living with a parent who is also the client's provider, services are limited to six months as described in WAC 388-829A-040.
