1. (1) The provider must display an emergency evacuation plan in a common area on every floor of the home.

2. (2) The emergency evacuation plan must include:

   1. (a) A floor plan of the home with clearly marked exits;
   2. (b) Emergency evacuation routes; and
   3. (c) The location for the clients to meet outside the home.
3. (3) The provider must be able to evacuate all clients to a safe location outside the home.
4. (4) If a client requires assistance during an evacuation, the provider's evacuation plan must describe the type of assistance that will be provided.
