Wash. Admin. Code § 388-826-0001
The out-of-home services (OHS) program is administered by the developmental disabilities administration (DDA) through a person-centered service plan to provide residential habilitation services for a client in a qualified setting outside of the family home that is agreed to by the client's parent or legal representative. The program does not include behavioral health services or care that is provided by other paid supports or the client's family. The OHS program does not include education and related services, including services provided under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEA), which are the responsibility of state and local education agencies.
