1. (1) Based on the draft certification evaluation, a DDA quality assurance representative may:

   1. (a) Certify the provider for the recommended certification length or revise the certification length; or
   2. (b) Apply an enforcement action to the provider's certification under WAC 388-825A-0200.
2. (2) A DDA quality assurance representative must send the provider a copy of the completed certification evaluation and notify the provider in writing of the length of the provider's certification.
