Wash. Admin. Code § 388-825-375 – When will the department deny payment for services?

(1) The department will deny payment to the consumer-directed employer under WAC 388-115-05415.
(2) The department will deny payment to a home care agency provider under WAC 388-71-05415.
(3) Under RCW 74.39A.326, the department will deny payment for the services of a home care agency providing respite or personal care if the provider is your family member unless:
1. (a) You are an enrolled member of a federally recognized Indian tribe; or
2. (b) You reside in the household of an enrolled member of a federally recognized Indian tribe.
