A client or client's legal representative may choose a qualified individual, agency, or licensed provider. The intent of WAC 388-825-300 through 388-825-400 is to describe:

1. (1) Qualifications for individual providers and home care agencies; and
2. (2) Conditions under which DDA will pay for the services of an individual provider or a home care agency provider.
