The following is a list of waiver and state-only services that the developmental disabilities administration (DDA) may authorize:

1. (1) For medicaid state plan services authorized by DDA, see WAC 388-825-068;

2. (2) The following waiver services may be funded as state-only services:

   1. (a) Basic plus waiver services under WAC 388-845-0210;
   2. (b) Children's intensive in-home behavioral support waiver services under WAC 388-845-0225;
   3. (c) Community protection waiver services under WAC 388-845-0220;
   4. (d) Core waiver services under WAC 388-845-0215; and
   5. (e) Individual and family services under WAC 388-845-0230; and

3. (3) The following state-only funded services are not available as a waiver service:

   1. (a) Adult day care;
   2. (b) Attendant care;
   3. (c) Child care for foster children;
   4. (d) Child development services;
   5. (e) Chore services;
   6. (f) Community services grant;
   7. (g) Individual and family assistance;
   8. (h) Information and education;
   9. (i) Medical and dental services;
   10. (j) Medical insurance copays and costs exceeding other coverage;
   11. (k) Overnight planned respite services;
   12. (l) Parent and sibling education;
   13. (m) Parent training and counseling;
   14. (n) Personal care mileage reimbursement;
   15. (o) Psychological counseling;
   16. (p) Recreational opportunities;
   17. (q) Reimbursement to families for the purchase of approved items or services;
   18. (r) State supplementary payments;
   19. (s) Training of the client; and
   20. (t) Transportation costs of escort service or travel time.
