What programs does DDA authorize services under?

DDA may authorize services under the following programs:
- (1) Medicaid state plan;
- (2) Home and community-based services (HCBS) waiver;
- (3) Roads to community living; and
- (4) State-only funded services.
- (5) Participation in all DDA paid services is voluntary. Clients or their legal representatives have the right to decline or terminate services at any time.
