The assisted living facility must maintain adequate records concerning residents to enable the assisted living facility:

1. (1) To effectively provide the care and services agreed upon with the resident;
2. (2) To allow the resident to communicate with family, medical providers, and others; and
3. (3) To respond appropriately in emergency situations, including, but not limited to, contacting the residents' emergency contact.
