- (1) DSHS may deny a person or organization seeking a contract with DSHS to conduct orientation, safety, 70-hour basic training, population specific training, specialty training, 30-hour training, seven-hour DDA parent provider training, nurse delegation core training, and nurse delegation specialized diabetes training, on-the-job training, or continuing education. No administrative remedies are available to dispute DSHS' decision not to contract with or approve a person or organization, except as may be provided through the contracting process.
- (2) DSHS may terminate an existing training contract in accordance with the terms of the contract. The contractor's administrative remedies are limited to those specified in the contract.
- (3) DSHS may terminate an existing training approval of a person or entity to conduct orientation, safety, 70-hour basic training, population specific training, specialty training, 30-hour training, seven-hour DDA parent provider training, nurse delegation core training, and nurse delegation specialized diabetes training, on-the-job training, or continuing education.
